Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies in the United States is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in our prestige beauty store. You will lead by example, delivering inspirational, authentic customer service and coaching the sales team to achieve targets.

You will handle essential cash reconciliation, open and close the store on a rota basis, and contribute to a long-term, fulfilling retail career with a global leader in prestige beauty.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience in cosmetics or luxury retail.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales targets.
• Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Perform start/end of day cash reconciliations and open/close responsibilities on a rota.
• Coach and mentor sales team to maintain high service standards.
