Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support store leadership and ensure smooth operations. You will mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational and personalized service while managing cash and opening/closing shifts. Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable: retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis and handle cash reconciliation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain store standards.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations.
