• Provide exceptional guest service, greet guests and recommend products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive sales.
• Stay informed about trends and educate guests on ingredients and benefits.
• Maintain regular attendance and store standards.
