Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Passion and competency for prestige product, guest service, and selling.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and engage them to determine needs and guide product selection.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to better assist guests.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness and replenishment, and adhere to dress code.
