Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Passion for prestige products, guest service, and selling.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals in retail and service sales for prestige and brands.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and inform about promotions and services.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive sales.
• Stay informed on trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
