Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for prestige sales, guest loyalty, and brand sales targets.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing service for each guest.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience and prestige sales.
