The role emphasizes exceptional guest service, product knowledge, and in-store event support. The position requires the ability to drive sales, provide makeup applications, and maintain store standards while delivering a personalized guest experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

• Maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests to determine needs and assisting in selection of prestige merchandise.
