Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Clearwater is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests and guiding their selections while upholding store standards and policies.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, conducting demonstrations, booking services, and contributing to brand and store goals through informed product knowledge and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales.
• Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging every guest, personalizing service, recommending products, and informing guests of promotions and events.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Book appointments for, and support the execution of, services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting prestige and brand goals.
• Stay informed on new trends, products, and services to better serve guests and communicate ingredients/benefits.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
