Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests and assessing individual needs. The role supports store leadership through service, events, and guest experience, while maintaining store standards and policy compliance.

The ideal candidate has a passion for beauty, excellent guest service skills, and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly.

Formación

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion and significant competency for prestige product, guest service, and selling.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales in the prestige category and with iconic brands.
• Greet and engage every guest, personalize service, recommend products, and inform guests of promotions and events.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver a premier guest experience while meeting prestige sales goals.
