Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by actively engaging guests and guiding selections. The role supports the Sales Manager through service, guest experience, and events while upholding store standards and policies.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships with guests. The position requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology license or demonstrator’s license as required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and service goals in the prestige category.
• Provide exceptional guest service with a welcoming environment.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events that deliver a premium guest experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and store standards.
