Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize prestige category sales by engaging guests and understanding their needs. The role emphasizes service quality, product demonstrations, and supporting the Sales Manager with events and promotions.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, recommending complementary products, handling transactions, and staying informed on beauty trends and ingredients to better assist customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician, or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals in prestige sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service and greet guests to personalize service and suggest products.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive prestige sales.
• Stay informed on trends and educate guests about products and benefits.
