Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance while delivering exceptional guest service. You will engage guests, determine needs, and assist with product selections in a fast-paced beauty retailer environment.

Responsibilities include makeup services, product demonstrations, booking appointments, and supporting store events, with a focus on driving prestige and iconic brand sales while upholding standards and brand values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology license if required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Passion for prestige products, guest service and selling.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals in prestige sales and service.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize recommendations.
• Greet guests, suggest complementary products, and inform about promotions.
• Routinely perform makeup applications and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to drive prestige sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product benefits for guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and store standards.
