Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category, engaging guests and assisting with product selections. You will support the Sales Manager with service, events, and 브랜드 education while maintaining store standards and a strong guest experience.

The role requires passion for the beauty industry, excellent guest service, and ability to learn product knowledge quickly. Flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive prestige sales and guest service through makeup applications and product demonstrations.
• Engage guests to determine needs and recommend products and services.
• Maintain store standards, replenish displays, and keep testers available and hygienic.
• Book and support services and in-store events to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and educate guests on ingredients and benefits.
