Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests and identifying needs. You will support the Sales Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving prestige brand performance.

This role requires a passion for beauty, outstanding guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly. A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is expected, with in-store events and demonstrations

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in prestige category by engaging guests and guiding product choices.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events and support execution of events.
• Maintain store standards, replenishment, cleanliness, and proper display of prestige products.
