Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests, conducting makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations. You will support the Sales Manager with guest service and event execution while upholding store standards and staying current on beauty trends.

This role requires a passion for the beauty industry, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator's license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Attend corporate business meetings and conferences, including overnight stays

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to prestige sales and promotions.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize recommendations.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and assist in-store events to drive prestige sales.
• Stay informed on trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and store cleanliness.
