Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize prestige category sales and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced beauty retail setting. You will greet guests, assess needs, demonstrate products, and guide purchases while staying informed about the latest trends and services across color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in prestige category (color cosmetics, skincare, fragrance).
• Provide guest service, advise on products, and perform makeovers/demos.
• Book and support services and in-store events.
• Stay informed about trends and product benefits.
• Maintain store standards and attend training.
