Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and guiding product selections. The role supports the Sales Manager with a focus on service, guest experience, and event execution, while maintaining store standards and staying current with industry trends.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, applying makeup and skincare analyses, and helping drive prestige and iconic brand sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates passion for prestige product, guest service, and selling; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and prestige brand sales.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and inform about promotions and events.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Routinely perform makeup applications and skincare analysis with guests.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive sales and guest experience.
