• Provide exceptional service with a guest-friendly environment and personalized recommendations.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events delivering guest experiences.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
