Job summary

The role supports the Sales Manager through service, events, and in-store training, while maintaining store standards, cleanliness, and merchandise presentation. A passion for beauty and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; Cosmetology license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Passion for prestige products and guest service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and driving service sales.
• Routinely perform makeup applications and product demonstrations to enhance guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver a premium guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of trends and product benefits to better serve guests.
• Ensure store standards, cleanliness, and merchandise presentation.
