No experience required for paid training; start as Trainee/Assistant at $20/hour, with potential to become Lead Technician earning $25-$35/hour, plus tips, bonuses, overtime, and benefits such as retirement plan and professional development.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in professional exterior cleaning (roofs, windows, gutters, etc.)
• Positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable talking with customers and explaining services

Responsibilities

• Wash residential houses, roofs, sidewalks, driveways, patios, and pool decks using softwash and pressure washing methods
• Work safely on ladders and roofs while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Communicate clearly with customers in a professional and friendly way
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and take pride in your work
• Work alongside a team and grow into a Lead Technician role within 2-6 months
