Job summary

Rolling Suds San Diego - La Jolla is in search of an experienced Lead Technician to join their team. This position involves leading a crew in soft wash and power washing projects, ensuring high-quality results on every job site. You’ll also communicate with clients and help mentor junior technicians.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in home services, strong leadership skills, and a valid driver's license. This role requires physical labor and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.

Rolling Suds is seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Technician to join our growing team! As a Lead Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our residential clients, ensuring high-quality results and leading by example on every job site.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a small crew on soft wash and power washing projects
• Ensure all work is performed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Train and mentor junior technicians
• Maintain equipment and company vehicles in excellent working condition
• Assist with scheduling, job site logistics, and client follow-ups as needed
• Use technology for job site reporting

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in home services (pressure washing, window cleaning, solar/roof cleaning services, etc.)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
