Job summary

American Softwash in Des Moines, IA, is hiring for a hands-on outdoor washing position. You’ll learn softwashing and pressure washing on homes and properties, using ladders, hoses and cleaning solutions, and you’ll work with safety-focused procedures.

Training is paid, with pay progression from $15/hour during training to $18/hour after training, then $20/hour after certification and up to $25/hour with performance. Occasional Saturdays and quarterly bonuses apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
