Qualifications
- 1+ year hands‑on pressure washing experience.
- Ability to operate hot and cold water units.
- Experience cleaning commercial sites (retail/office/industrial).
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
- Knowledge of safe chemical handling and PPE.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain commercial pressure washing equipment.
- Power wash facades, sidewalks, parking lots, drive-thrus, dumpster pads.
- Set appropriate pressure, nozzles, and chemicals by surface.
- Load, unload, and transport equipment between sites.
- Follow safety protocols and document work orders.
