Job summary

Kept Companies Inc is seeking a pressure washing technician to service residential and commercial properties. You will operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, clean and prepare surfaces, and remove dirt from various surfaces with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to lift 50-70 lbs. Prior experience is preferred, and DMV/background checks will be completed.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience with pressure washing equipment preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform pressure washing for residential and commercial properties (sidewalks, concrete, dumpster areas, interior/exterior windows).
• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment.
• Clean and prepare surfaces prior to washing.
• Remove dirt, grime and contaminants from various surfaces.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Perform pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties sidewalks, concreate, dumpster, dumpster pad, interior, and exterior windows
• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment
• Clean and prepare surfaces prior to pressure washing
• Remove dirt, grime, mold, and other contaminants from various surfaces
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Experience with pressure washing equipment and techniques (preferred)
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment
• Physical ability to lift 50-70 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Good communication and time management skills
• Must pass a background check and DMV record check
