Job summary

Kept Companies is seeking a pressure washing technician to service residential and commercial properties. You will operate and maintain pressure washing equipment and prepare surfaces before cleaning.

Safety is emphasized on every job, with physical stamina to lift up to 70 lbs and work in varying weather. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required, and a background check may be conducted after employment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience with pressure washing equipment preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Experience with pressure washing equipment and techniques (preferred)
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment
• Physical ability to lift 50-70 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Good communication and time management skills
• Must pass a background check and DMV record check
