Job summary

Kept Companies is seeking a hands-on pressure washer to service residential and commercial properties in the SeaTac area, supporting multiple brands and locations. This role requires reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to work weekends.

You will operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, prepare surfaces, remove dirt and grime, and follow safety protocols. A valid driver’s license is required. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience with pressure washing equipment (preferred).
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Physical ability to lift 50–70 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Background check and DMV record check required.
• Weekend work availability required.
