Job Title: Pressure Vessel Welder/Fitter
Pay: $24–$27/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Sapulpa, OK
Weld Test: MIG & Fluxcore on 4” bevel, 1G rollout
Other Testing: Tape Measure Test required
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pressure Vessel Welder/Fitter to join our fabrication team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fitting, welding, and assembling pressure vessels and related components in accordance with ASME codes and customer specifications. Proficiency in the Pinwheel fitting process is a strict requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
· Fit and assemble pressure vessel components per engineering drawings
· Interpret and work from blueprints and technical schematics
· Perform accurate measurements using a tape measure
· Complete high-quality welds using MIG and Fluxcore techniques
· Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
· Maintain tools and work area in a clean, safe condition
Required Qualifications:
· 3–5 years of recent, hands-on experience with Pinwheel fitting
· Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
· Proficient in MIG and Fluxcore welding techniques
· Strong understanding of ASME welding standards
· Must pass weld and tape measure tests
