Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; ABET accreditation preferred.
• Two years or more in engineering, technical sales, product support, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides application, design, product, installation, and troubleshooting consultation to customers and internal teams.
• Maintains broad knowledge of products, applications, services, prices, policies and procedures.
• Prepares documentation and design submittal packages for customers.
• Reviews customer applications and provides solutions with sales team through product selection and quotes.
• Participates in daily support rotation and provides after-hours assistance as needed.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Engineering Technology (ABET Accredited)
