Nosler, Inc. is seeking a Bullet Manufacturing Associate - Press Operator in Bend, Oregon. The role focuses on operating and monitoring presses to produce Nosler’s famous bullets, with occasional setup and light maintenance.
Shifts include First (6am-2:30pm), Second (2pm-10:30pm), and Third (10pm-6:30am); full-time schedule on a five-day workweek with overtime as needed.

Schedule: First Shift: 6am - 2:30pm, Second Shift: 2pm-10:30pm, Third Shift: 10pm - 6:30am (Monday - Friday)

The Press Operator plays a key role in producing Nosler’s most famous product line; bullets. This position prepares, operates and observes related manufacturing machines. Occasional setup, repair, and light maintenance of machinery. This position also assists with regular inventory control processes.

This position of Press Operator begins status as an “Introductory Trainee” for 60 consecutive days during which management will evaluate whether the employee is suited for the position. If the employee is determined to be suitable, status will then advance to "Regular Employee" on the first of the month following the 60-day introductory period and Company benefits will commence. Additionally, the successful applicant will be required to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.
