Job summary

Nosler, Inc. in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Mechanic to build tooling die sets, set up, repair and troubleshoot bullet and manufacturing machines, including trimmers and bonders. This full-time position requires thorough change-overs and precise tooling adjustments to assure product quality and press run-ability.

Shift options include 6:00 am–2:30 pm, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, and 10:00 pm–6:30 am with a Monday–Friday schedule. DOE pay range is $24–$28 per hour.

Qualifications

• One-year technical certificate or 1–5 years of related production experience.
• Ability to interpret measurements, prints, and basic schematics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build tooling die sets and assemble parts for presses and tooling.
• Set up, repair and troubleshoot bullet production equipment and related machinery.
• Perform change-overs and tooling replacement to meet production schedules.
• Inspect tooling to print tolerances and maintain equipment lubrication.
