CJ Search Group is seeking a Press Team Leader for a high-volume metal stamping manufacturer in Bowling Green, KY. The role directs daily press operations, ensures production stays on track, and drives quality and safety standards on the floor.

You will lead pre-shift meetings, facilitate on-the-job operator training, perform 5S audits, and troubleshoot production or quality issues as they arise. Previous press/metal stamping leadership in a fast-paced environment is required.

They’re looking for someone who has a background in press operations or metal stamping, along with solid experience leading and supporting line crews on the floor. The person in this role would be responsible for directing daily press team operations, making sure production stays on track, and driving quality and safety standards. You’d be leading pre-shift meetings, facilitating on-the-job operator training, conducting process and 5S audits, and jumping in to troubleshoot production or quality issues as they pop up.
