Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or printing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools are helpful.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Good attendance and reliability are required.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist Press Operators with setup and production of flexographic label jobs.
• Read and follow customer job tickets and work instructions.
• Stage materials and tools for upcoming jobs.
• Help perform machine make‑ready and wash‑up procedures.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished rolls.
• Maintain clean and organized production area.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
