Shift Details

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Paid Shift Differential
• Air-Conditioned Production Facility

Position Summary

The Press Support team member assists Flexo Press Operators with press setup, production runs, material staging, and maintaining production efficiency. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the printing and packaging industry.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist Press Operators with the setup and production of flexographic label jobs.
• Read and follow customer job tickets and work instructions
• Stage materials, tools, cylinders, dies, inks, and laminations for upcoming jobs
• Help perform machine make‑ready and wash‑up procedures
• Load and unload raw materials and finished rolls
• Pull stock from inventory and verify materials
• Support auxiliary press equipment setup
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area
• Assist other departments, including rewind operations, as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions immediately

Physical Requirements

This position works in a manufacturing environment and requires standing for extended periods, frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, and working around moving equipment. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
