Qualifications

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to set up and run compaction presses
• Perform multiple set-ups per shift when necessary
• Operate multiple presses or inspection equipment simultaneously
• Previous press setup experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up of various (single level) compaction presses
• Run and monitor 3 Ton presses; in-process inspection and adjustments
• Perform first piece, in-process and final inspection steps
• Meet production requirements and react in real time to stay within specs
• Switch between two roles/pitches in the cell daily
• Execute the entire process from setup through pressing and inspection
