Job summary

The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, attention to gauges, blueprint reading, and teamwork, with 1–3 years in manufacturing recommended. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret gauges and tools.
• Basic mathematical skills for measurement and quality checks.
• Reading blueprints and working with measurement tools.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• 1–3 years’ experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up of various (single level) compaction presses.
• Run and monitor 3 Ton presses, perform in-process inspection and adjustments.
• Handle tray loading, furnace operation and monitor powder levels.
• Conduct first piece, in-process and final inspection steps.
• Meet tight production requirements and adapt in real time.
• Switch between roles/pitches in the cell daily.
• Apply a value stream approach from setup to pressing and inspection.
