Key Responsibilities: Major Challenges: Set up of various (single level) compaction presses Running and monitoring of 3 Ton presses; in process inspection and adjustment, tray loading, furnace operation & monitoring powder levels Perform first piece, in‑process and final inspection steps including visual sorting, flow testing, length, OD, Burr, etc. Meeting tight production requirements across long running production & reacting in real time to stay within the requirements Ability to switch between the 2 roles / pitches in the cell on a daily basis Embracing a value stream approach in the role; ability to execute the entire process from setup through pressing and inspection.
Compensation: $23-$26/HR plus 3rd shift differential pay
Total Rewards The starting compensation for this position is $23.07 per hour. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
