Qualifications

• Familiarity with manufacturing operations, including inventory, shipping, vendor coordination, and customer specifications.
• Ability to partner with customers, engineers, management, and internal teams to support account growth and service improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Position Summary

This role supports strong customer relationships by delivering responsive service, resolving issues quickly, and coordinating across internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive package including base salary, bonus opportunity, 401(k) match, and equity.

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $69,200.00 - $103,800.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
