Job summary

• High School Diploma or GED; five years of management or lead experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of developing others.
• Willingness to participate in safety initiatives and promote safe work practices.
• Problem solver with results focus; able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and adaptability to diverse teams.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and at heights when required.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

• Provide daily leadership and oversight of hourly production employees.
• Ensure safe and efficient execution of work.
• Model safe work practices; lead team meetings and trainings.
• Ensure understanding and adherence to job and safety rules.
• Identify safety, environmental, quality and production issues; investigate incidents.
• Meet production standards and goals.
• Develop and train associates; coaching and performance management.
• Support training and development plans to improve skills.
• Improve KPIs and drive continuous improvement; manage department budget cost-effectiveness.
• Lead staffing, recruitment and retention; resolve employee issues fairly.
• Adhere to site policies and procedures.
