Brook & Whittle Ltd. is seeking a Press Operator to produce printed orders efficiently and with minimal waste.
Responsibilities include setting up the press, installing paper, cylinders, ink, and adjusting speed and viscosity to meet quality standards. The role requires a HS Diploma or GED and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check, with physical demands including lifting up to 75lbs and standing for much of the shift.
Description
The Press Operator is responsible for producing printed orders in the most efficient manner, maximizing time while minimizing waste. Setting up the press, including the installation of paper, cylinders, perf wheels/blades and ink to print quality product that meets production and customer specifications. Making adjustments to speed, tension, ink, viscosities, etc. as needed to achieve high standards of quality printed product.
** Benefit will be available on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment
