Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience operating and setting up manufacturing presses.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for minor adjustments.
• Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Commitment to safety and quality standards in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate presses according to specs.
• Monitor press operations to ensure quality production and identify malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues and adjust as needed.
• Interpret blueprints, job orders, and production schedules for setup requirements.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
