Job summary

Clow Stamping Company is seeking a Press Operator to operate hydraulic presses that produce precision metal parts for customers nationwide. You will learn setup, run equipment, inspect parts, follow blueprints, and keep production moving. Training is provided and paid during learning, with opportunities as you gain experience.

Shifts include early, late, and a weekend option with differential. Starting pay is $19.80 per hour, with potential up to $20.80.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to use measurement tools or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Set up presses, including tooling changes and job preparation.
• Load materials and in-process parts and operate the press.
• Run blanking, piercing, and forming operations.
• Inspect parts using basic measuring tools such as calipers and gauges.
• Follow work orders, blueprints, and quality requirements.
• Record production information in our ERP system.
• Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized.
