In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality products by operating press equipment, following safety and quality standards, and supporting daily production goals. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and being part of a team, this could be a great fit.**What You’ll Do*** Safely operate press equipment to support daily production* Set up and prepare molds by:* Cleaning (scraping/vacuuming)* Applying mold release* Loading and leveling molds* Use overhead cranes and scales to move materials* Follow Manufacturing Orders (MO), including materials and step-by-step instructions* Perform quality checks using measurement tools to ensure products meet specifications* Operate additional equipment such as press saws, as needed* Use a forklift to move and stage materials (training/certification required)* Keep your work area clean and organized (5S / housekeeping)* Enter basic production information into the system (Movex)* Stay on schedule and help meet production goals**What We’re Looking For*** High school diploma or GED* Manufacturing or hands-on work experience* Strong attention to detail and safety mindset* Ability to use basic measurement tools* Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn* Team player with good communication skills* Quality inspection experience* Forklift and/or saw operation experience**Pay Transparency**The salary for this position is $21.83.
