Press Operator

Location: Delmont, PA

Multiple Shifts

Pay: $21.83 an hour, plus shift differential

Job Summary

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality products by operating press equipment, following safety and quality standards, and supporting daily production goals. If you enjoy hands‑on work, solving problems, and being part of a team, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate press equipment to support daily production
• Set up and prepare molds by:
• Cleaning (scraping/vacuuming)
• Applying mold release
• Loading and leveling molds
• Use overhead cranes and scales to move materials
• Follow Manufacturing Orders (MO), including materials and step‑by‑step instructions
• Perform quality checks using measurement tools to ensure products meet specifications
• Operate additional equipment such as press saws, as needed
• Use a forklift to move and stage materials (training/certification required)
• Keep your work area clean and organized (5S / housekeeping)
• Enter basic production information into the system (Movex)
• Stay on schedule and help meet production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to use basic measurement tools
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Team player with good communication skills
• Quality inspection experience
• Forklift and/or saw operation experience

Pay Transparency

The salary for this position is $21.83. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, job‑related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
