• Experience mounting and aligning printing plates using micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain a number of press equipment.
• Perform all make-ready tasks such as hanging plates or installing cylinders and check image alignment.
• Make color corrections and adjustments to meet quality specifications.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain the press; perform minor repairs as required.
• Perform periodic maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer.
