Advantage Label & Packaging, a Grand Rapids, MI based manufacturing company, is seeking a Level I Press Operator to support production on flexographic presses. The role involves assisting higher-level operators, handling dies, inks, and plates, and helping maintain efficient setup and changeovers.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED (preferred but not required), be able to lift up to 50 lbs, pass a color vision test, and be at least 18 years old.

Level I Press Operators are responsible for assisting Level II, III & IV Press Operators with the production of a quality product, increasing efficiency during set‑up and change‑over.
This position is located in a temperature‑controlled facility, offering a comfortable working environment throughout all seasons.
