Qualifications

• 2 years of machine operations/work related experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Able to work flexible shift times.

Responsibilities

• Operate tonnage presses and related equipment (decoilers, feeders, conveyors, cranes, PLC-controlled).
• Perform Quick Die Change per Q.D.C. with minimal supervision.
• Use measuring/inspection devices to ensure part quality and complete paperwork.
• Troubleshoot quality issues and report damages.
• Apply lean manufacturing and participate in action workouts to improve process capability, reduce costs, and increase capacity.
• Maintain and improve housekeeping.
• Meet production targets set by the company.
