H-J Family of Companies in High Ridge, Missouri is seeking a molding press operator responsible for preparing components for molding and running an epoxy molding production line. You will inspect parts, de-flash, patch, and pack finished products to ensure the highest quality.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, ability to use handheld tools and gauges, and a willingness to work overtime shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate small handheld tools on a regular basis.
• Must be able to visually inspect machined parts and gauge them with handheld gauges.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
• Must be available to work overtime hours on a shift or mandatory Friday overtime.

Responsibilities

• Prepare components for molding.
• Run a molding press on the epoxy molding production line.
• Inspect components prior to molding and after molding; de-flash and patch as needed.
• Load multiple components into the mold and start/monitor the molding cycle.
