Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a diligent Press Operator to run manual web press machines, monitor print quality, and ensure products meet customer specs.

You will set up and adjust presses, troubleshoot downtime, train press assistants, maintain a clean and safe work area, and follow production schedules to hit productivity targets. Schedule Tue-Fri 6:00 AM–4:00 PM with potential overtime on Mondays; pay $20-$23 per hour; direct hire opportunity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of press operator experience required.
• Experience with manual web press machines preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret production instructions and specifications.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual web press machines to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Monitor print quality and production output to meet specifications.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain press equipment for efficient runs.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and minimize downtime.
• Train and support press assistants as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow production schedules and meet productivity goals.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to keep equipment operating efficiently.
