Job summary

Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Press Operator to monitor and adjust press equipment and inspect tile during manufacturing. You will operate equipment, ensure product quality, and keep a clean, safe work area while following standard procedures.

The role requires basic English communication, and prior manufacturing experience is preferred. This is a manufacturing position with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Recruiting Profile

Dal-Tile is currently seeking a Press Operator to join our MFG TEAM! As the Press Operator, we need someone to monitor and perform minor adjustments on press equipment and inspect tile.

Primary Objective

Operates various powered industrial trucks to load and unload finished product in the shipping and receiving process.

Major Function and Scope

Monitors efficient operation of press equipment.

Inspects tile for quality defects in the manufacturing process.

Performs minor adjustments to equipment as needed.

Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.

Follows standard operating procedures.

Keeps area safe, clean and organized.

Performs other related duties as required.

Experience and Knowledge Required

High school diploma or equivalent experience.

1-year previous manufacturing/production experience preferred.

Competencies
