GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY seeks a Press Operator to set up and run flexographic presses, ensuring quality and adherence to production standards. You will monitor ink colors and substrate cutting while coordinating with teammates to maintain safety and efficiency.
The position is non-exempt, full-time, with a 3rd shift from 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM. A high school diploma or GED is required; prior flexographic press experience is preferred.
The Press Operator sets up and operates flexographic presses to produce quality products that meet customer and production standards while monitoring ink colors ensuring proper substrate cutting. The Press Operator collaborates with the team to maintain safety, efficiency, and product consistency in an inclusive work environment.
Third-shift employees with 90 days of service will receive an additional $3.00 per hour, contingent on attendance and aligned with OMNIs 'Attendance Incentive Program' and procedures. Program duration, incentive amounts, payment schedules, and shift allocations remain subject to company discretion and may be changed, amended, or discontinued at any time

Press Operators are regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and frequently encounter fumes or airborne particles. While the manufacturing area is climate controlled, employees may experience relatively warm or cold temperatures throughout the year. Additionally, the noise level in the work environment is usually loud, however, hearing protection is provided and not necessary in all areas of facility.
